0. Free Shipping on order over $75 is strictly for customers in U.S. only.
International and bulk order of $500 and up will be charged with regular
shipping fee.
1. No refunds. Exchanges for weaving and braiding human hair only. All others are not returnable. Please keep your receipts and return the merchandise in its original condition. The hair must be in the original packaged state with the band intact. All exchanges are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
2. Delays on your packages. Weather related delays on your packages are not guaranteed by any of our carriers or by ChapelBeauty.com.
3. No shipping charge refund.
4. Due to UPS's recent cost increases and changes with their polices, UPS will begin charging return fees. That is, if you place an order from ChapelBeauty.com but do not accept the package or cancel the package en-route, then UPS will charge additional fees to return the package back to us. Subsequently, this fee will be charged to the customer's account. Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double check your orders before submitting.
5. If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange by mail, please take the package to a local post office or UPS office and return the package to the address shown. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Please call 1-877-778-7725 and our representative will guide you in making the exchange. Please send a copy of the receipt when returning. If you don't' have your receipt, please write your name, phone number, and address on a slip along with your account number.

6. To receive your new item, we must receive your merchandise first before we can send out the exchange.
7. For customers who are returning the merchandise we will not accept the return if it has been opened.
8. Due to the computer system, once the order is placed, we can not add or make any changes. If you need to add, we will need to send it out separately.
9. We do require adult signature on all UPS orders over $1000.00.
10. If you request for an order to be delivered to a different address other than the address on the pkg., re-routed fee of $10.00 for (OV, 2nd-Day, 3rd-Day) and $5.00 for (Ground) will be applied. Please make sure to confirm the shipping address at the time of order.
11. All personal information given to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared. We do not, however, keep credit card information at all. Your personal information will be used only to fulfill your order.
12. Customers are liable for returned postage charge if the package is returned unclaimed.
